As a Sales Coordinator at The Floorist, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, helping to streamline processes and ensure excellent customer service. You will work closely with our sales representatives, clients, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales operations.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between sales representatives and clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
• Assist in preparing and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as contracts, quotations, and proposals.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure marketing materials and product information are up-to-date.
• Track and report on sales metrics, including sales performance and customer feedback.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
