Roles and Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients on a day-to-day basis and co-ordinating with them to obtain documents about project or a case.
• Act as a liaison between your reporting authority and team members on various active cases etc.
• Collaborating with clients or employers, finance teams and other team members in the company.
• Delegating tasks to appropriate team members and departments.
• Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the case is completed on time.
• Collecting and analysing feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction and success.
• Maintain Accurate records for all business activities involved in the process.
• Providing administrative support to other departments within a company. This might involve scheduling appointments, answering phones, or responding to emails.
• Communicating with attorneys, appraisers, title companies, insurance agents, banks or other financial institutions involved in the process of obtaining financial instruments.
• Maintain updated customer and account information by recording the details and to ensure adherence to cut-off times and deadlines for the various processes to ensure that all data is recorded and processed in line with the required standards.
• Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that the work is carried out to the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders within TAT.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a coordination role in Bank/Financial Institution/DSA
Any graduate/postgraduate
Excellent English Communication Skills
Flexible in approach with a go-getter attitude
Should have analytical skills and attention to detail is a must.
Should be good with administrative tasks.
Fluency in any other language apart from English is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
