The candidates should have the following:
Have effective verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, communication skills.
Experience working in multi-national customer support.
Candidates in Dubai and able to join immediately preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities / :
As the sales coordinator you will be involved in the day-to-day operation, follow-up of customer inquiries over telephone calls and preparation of quotations.
You will be handling the managed services
You will be the point-of-contact for the resources in managed services
Coordinate timesheets form resources
Ensure invoicing are executed in timely manner.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Provide support to the Sales Managers by assisting with the preparations of new business proposals.
Make cold calls for generating new business leads.
Arrange meetings with senior management for prospective clients.
Follow company guidelines & procedures for acquisition of customers.
Ideal ProfileRequirements:
Bachelor's/ Masters degree holders (BBA/MBA - in Marketing Specialization or related field
1-4 years of Experience as Sales Coordinator
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets.
Excellent customer service skills with English language (oral and written) communication skills.
The candidate should have a high level of self-confidence and a strong personality.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
