We are currently seeking proactive, dynamic candidates to join our expanding team in the role of a Sales Coordinator. This role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Technical Studies.
- Proven 2 years experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the Advertising, Printing, Interior Fit Out, Signages or Exhibition industry is mandatory.
- Should possess advanced skills in MS Office, specifically in Excel; including but not limited to data analysis, creating spreadsheets, using formulas and functions, and generating reports.
- Excellent knowledge of the manufacturing process with wood, acrylic, metal, paints, leds etc.
- Knowledge in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AutoCAD) is preferred.
- Knowledge / Understanding of Making BOQ & Estimation preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally to team members & clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate dedication to meeting project deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinating between sales , estimation and production team ensuring all the quotes are sent out promptly
- Excellent in communication via email, including, managing multiple email inquiries, and responding promptly.
- Liaise between internal departments and the clients to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints.
- Coordinate with all team members and different departments to keep workflow on track.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
