Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales orders and invoices.
Sales Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations as required.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
Documentation Management:
Organize and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and client correspondence.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed for easy retrieval.
Communication Liaison:
Facilitate communication between the sales team and internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service.
Relay important information and updates to the sales team in a timely manner.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.
Handle administrative tasks to support the overall sales process and team effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
