We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our newly established Transportation Division. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team by providing administrative and logistical assistance. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
- Generating proposals and quotes
- Processing orders and maintaining customer records
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the sales team with research and presentations
- Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role within the transportation industry
- Strong understanding of the transportation industry and its operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Transportation Industry: 1 year (Required)

- UAE driving license (Required)
