We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our newly established Transportation Division. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team by providing administrative and logistical assistance. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
Generating proposals and quotes
Processing orders and maintaining customer records
Providing excellent customer service
Supporting the sales team with research and presentations
Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role within the transportation industry
Strong understanding of the transportation industry and its operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
