Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate with team for documentation requirements

Close coordination with Sales & Support functions for month closing activities

Maintaining CRM database

Preparation of Advance Tax Proforma & LC documents

Manage the Internal Approval process for sales support activities

Quotations, Sales, Bookings, Backlog, Stock reports & analysis

Minimum Requirements:

Work Experience with Sales & Operations team

Familiar with SAP Systems/CRM & MS office

3-4 years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team player and Computer skills

Proficiency in English & Arabic

Communication skills

Customer focus oriented
