Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Can Use ERP System
Prepare daily sales order, job order, delivery note , invoices,
Keep customer record up to date like credit limit form and their license
Coordinate with production department to get material on time
Plan material delivery , material production to achieved monthly sales targets
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and sales policies
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• accounts assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
• English and Hindi (Preferred)
