We are looking for a sales coordinator for our automotive showroom in Abu Dhabi. Candidates with automotive background is only considered for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to sales teams, including document preparation and organization.
Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations and materials.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
Address customer inquiries, provide the necessary information, and ensure a satisfactory client experience.
Assist in processing sales orders, monitoring inventory, and coordinating product deliveries.
Maintain and update sales databases that guarantee accurate customer and product information.
Conduct follow-up calls or emails with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and nurture relationships.
Monitor and address customer satisfaction issues, working to resolve concerns and ensure a positive buying experience.
Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines to customers.
Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to track order statuses and delivery timelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate and organized documentation related to vehicle sales.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to facilitate smooth sales operations.
Other Requirements
2-3 Years of UAE experience in automotive industry is a must
Should have a good communication skills
Should have a very good skill in microsoft excel
