Job Description

We are looking for Autocad Design Executive for our company with proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop, 3D Max or other designing tools.

Female Candidate on Residence Visa will be preferred. Basic knowledge of Tally will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing first hand support to Sales team by preparing Quotations, processing orders and documentation against PO.

2. Handling urgent calls, enquiries, emails, and messages for sales representatives are answering customer queries in coordination with Sales team.

3. Handling orders by phone, and email, preparing quotation for enquiries and ensuring details on the quotation have the correct item code, prices and descriptions. Preparing quotation log.

4. Sharing order information in the Company whatsapp group, stating clear information about the product to the warehouse for material dispatch. Maintaining up-to-date filing of Invoices and documents related to sales file ensuring that the receiving copies are all received and filed.

5. Updating daily sales summary report for Sales, outstanding payments, PDC list pending PO's and payments as and when required as a support to accounting information.

6. Developing and maintaining filing systems sales records, customer database, filing of Invoices & DO's, after Delivery, checking on missing invoices in file.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
