We are looking to hire a sales coordinator with brilliant accounting and analytical skills. Sales coordinators are expected to be organized with brilliant problem-solving skills and constantly deliver on tight deadlines. You should have an outstanding aptitude for math, strong IT skills, and superb communication skills.

To ensure success, sales coordinators must be critical thinkers with a keen interest in improving an organization's sales & business development. Top candidates will have the remarkable presentation and report writing skills, and display incredible business acumen.

Verifying the LPO.

Coordinating with sales team regarding their order specifications.

Committing the delivery date of the particular order after checking the production schedule.

Ensuring timely production planning of the Orders.

Ensuring the right product is making by the production department.

Issuing labeling plan to the production plan if any.

Coordinating with designer for artwork if any.

Issuing printing instruction to the printing department.

Coordinating with the printing department.

Coordinating with the logistics department.

Ensuring timely delivery of the goods.

Attending quality complaints with the quality personnel.

Following up with production, sales and stores.

Responsible to follow quality management & company procedures

Ability to create sales order in our system

Skills & Abilities

To use strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

To multi-task and manage time well.

Well organized, prioritize successfully, pay close attention to the specifics and details of the work.

Deal with internal and external customer in a courteous and professional manner.

Sound Communication & Negotiation Skills

Professional & Optimistic.

Prioritizing workload and taking initiative.

Proficiency with Word, Excel & Outlook.

Qualifications

Higher secondary preferred.

With UAE Driving License.

Plastics industry experience-Highly valued.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Remunerates

Salary AED 3,000/- (will be provided based on experience and caliber)

Bachelors Accommodation

Air Ticket will be provided by the company.

Leave Salary & Gratuity as per UAE Law.
