Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team members.
• Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as quotations, contracts, and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed. ? Preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales activities.
• Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the sales manager and team members as required.
• Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the requirement of the customers.
• Has the ability to read any and all financial documents, especially cash flow statements and general ledgers.
• Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns.
• Should follow the ISO 9001-2015 QMS, HSE Standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in science/Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, reporting software, ERP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers are also welcomed.
