•Role Overview: •
•We are seeking a proactive• •Sales Coordinator • •to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.•

•Key Responsibilities: •

• •Assist the sales team in daily operations, including processing orders, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.•
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.•
• •Coordinate the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of shipments.•
• •Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.•
• •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations.•
• •Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and other necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.•

•Required Skills and Qualifications: •

• •Bachelor's degree.•
• •At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the seafood or food industry within UAE.•
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•
• •Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.•
• •Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.•
• •Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.•

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Seafood/ Food Industry: 1 year (Required)
