Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the sales team to ensure seamless operations, timely communication, and smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotations, proposals, and orders.
• Manage and update the customer database, quotations, and sales reports.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for product availability.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and organizing meetings.
• Support in achieving sales targets by ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English
• Driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
