We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to assist our sales team in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of sales managers, responding to customer inquiries, providing updates on orders, and coordinating deliveries. Process customer orders via phone or email, verifying pricing, discounts, and product details for accuracy. Ensure timely and accurate order processing, aligning with customer requirements and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales, marketing, customer service, and delivery operations. Support the sales team by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information. Secure and renew orders while managing delivery arrangements. Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Requirements:

Experience:

3 to 4 years in a similar role.

Language:

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills, especially Arabic, are an advantage.

Industry Experience:

Corporate gifting, advertising, and event industry experience is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas. Knowledge of branding techniques (e.g., printing) is a plus. Experience with design tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator is an added advantage.

Customer Service & Sales:

Prior experience in customer service or sales is required.
