Job Responsibilities:
1) Assisting Sales team for the preparation of quatations.
2. Updating sales-related registers, on time response to Customer enquiries, Customer follow-ups, Order Bookings, coordination with operation team for expediting the quotation submissions, co-ordination with inter-depts related to Sales.
3) Maintaining good relation with customers.
Skill requirements:
1) Active and pleasing personality having previous work experience as Sales or Logistics coordinator
2) Good communication skill and typing speed.
Special Skill or knowledge required:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Experienced in working with CRM softwares..
- Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Team player.
Customer Support & Inquiry Management:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Address complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Act as a bridge between customers and the operations team.
Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
