Responsibilities: Engage with customers over the phone to understand their moving needs. Prepare and send out detailed quotes based on customer requirements. Follow up with potential customers to answer questions and secure bookings. Coordinate with the moving team to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in resolving any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for quotes and records. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
