Sales Coordinator

Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, product proposals, tender submissions, and processing orders.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with inventory and logistics to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and address billing-related inquiries from customers.
• Streamline order management processes.
• Handle customer concerns and requests professionally to maintain and strengthen business relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales coordination in a Medical equipment company in the UAE.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably with UAE Drivers License
• Arabic speaker is a plus.
