:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. You will be responsible for facilitating the sales process, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the team in Managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
Prepare and organize sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments.
Order Processing and Coordination
Process sales orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor the progress of orders and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, ideally within the IT industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
