About the Role:
Al Masaood Energy is currently recruiting experienced and highly motivated sales coordinator to be a part of a great team based at Abu Dhabi. If successful, you will be responsible for coordination.
Responsibilities:
Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required.
• Follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary.
• Respond and coordinate all internal meeting requests.
• Assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager.
• Record the progress of all enquiries and prepare a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales, and other reports as directed by the sales team leader.
• Ensure an efficient tracking system of all department paperwork.
• Maintain clients and agents database - updating where necessary to allow effective promotions.
• Order, track and maintain material inventory.
• Manage and maintain sales contact database.
oProvide Sales reports and analysis as required.
oAny other duties assigned by the Department manager.
Required Skills:
1 year of experience
background in garments is preferred
