Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers over the phone to understand their moving needs.
• Prepare and send out detailed quotes based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with potential customers to answer questions and secure bookings.
• Coordinate with the moving team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in resolving any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for quotes and records.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
