Job Summary: Looking for Sales Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details
  • Allocate and monitor tasks to the sales team after consultation with head of sales
  • Carry out periodical stock taking exercises
  • Make sure the products are delivered on time
  • Assist setting sales targets
  • Call clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Communicate with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Make sure sales targets are met
  • Preserve a healthy relationship with existing clients and generate new clients for the company
  • Give sales and management support
  • Prepare monthly sales reports
  • Participate in network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with prospects and expert bodies
  • Prepare and update sales as well as customer records
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in any business related course
  • Proven experience in the same role required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The required candidate must be female
  • Only South Indian candidate required
  • Must be a team player with high level of dedication
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suite
