Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

: Analyze sales trends, monitor daily stock movements, and plan loads to maintain ideal stock levels.

Procurement Coordination

: Work with the procurement team to source fresh produce from global suppliers at competitive prices.

Market Analysis

: Monitor competitor pricing, adjust product costs, and refine sales strategies.

Order Management

: Plan and manage orders to ensure a consistent and fresh supply in alignment with demand.

Communication

: Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes.

Requirements

Experience

: At least 5 years in a mid-to-senior role, preferably in supply chain management or a related field.

Skills

: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude.

Technical Proficiency

: Intermediate-level expertise in Microsoft Excel.

Other

: Knowledge of fresh produce supply chains, seasonality, and market trends is highly desirable. A valid driver's license is a plus.
