Key Responsibilities
• Client Consultation :
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs and goals.
• Provide expert advice on visa options, eligibility, and processes for countries of interest.
• Lead Generation and Management :
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
• Actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Sales and Closing :
• Present and sell immigration services to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while meeting or exceeding targets.
• Documentation Support :
• Guide clients through the process of gathering and submitting required documentation.
• Ensure all forms are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Process Guidance :
• Explain the step-by-step immigration process, including timelines and procedures.
• Keep clients updated on the status of their applications and any changes in policies.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and gain referrals.
• Market Knowledge :
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures for relevant countries.
• Share updates with the team and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work closely with internal teams, such as documentation specialists and case officers, to ensure seamless client experience.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share knowledge.
• Compliance and Ethics :
• Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations in sales and immigration consulting.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly.
• Reporting :
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
