Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Consultant to join our team on a profit-sharing basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of procurement consultancy services. This is a unique opportunity to partner with a leading consultancy firm and share in the profits generated through your sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in need of procurement consultancy services

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

- Present and demonstrate the value of our consultancy services to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business

- Collaborate with our consultancy team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded

- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team

- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role, preferably within the consultancy or procurement sector

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and consultancy services

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Own visa and car are mandatory

- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
