Job Summary



We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the Hair Transplant industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our hair restoration services to prospective clients, providing them with detailed information about our treatments, and guiding them through the decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the hair transplant procedures, and the ability to close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Consultative Sales:



Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions for hair restoration. Provide in-depth consultations on the hair transplant process, results, aftercare, and pricing.

Product Knowledge:



Develop a deep understanding of the hair transplant procedures, technology, and services offered to effectively communicate the benefits and value to potential clients.

Lead Generation & Qualification:



Identify potential leads through various channels (inquiries, referrals, online leads) and qualify prospects based on their interest and suitability for treatment.

Client Follow-Up:



Maintain contact with prospective clients, providing them with necessary information and support. Follow up consistently to close deals and encourage referrals.

Sales Presentations:



Conduct in-person or virtual consultations and presentations, answering questions and addressing concerns about hair transplant procedures.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):



Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential and existing clients in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking sales progress.

Sales Targets:



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth and profitability.

Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing and medical team to align sales strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure a seamless experience for clients from consultation to post-treatment care.

Market Research:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in hair transplant technologies to ensure a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or cosmetic industry. Prior experience in selling medical procedures (particularly hair transplants) is a plus.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical procedures in an easy-to-understand way. Proven ability to close sales and build long-lasting client relationships.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of hair transplant treatments and solutions (e.g., FUE, FUT) is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.

Customer-Focused:

Ability to empathize with clients and build trust, ensuring that their concerns and expectations are addressed at every step.

Goal-Oriented:

Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Working Conditions:



48hours per week, 6 days a week, one day off

Full-time position with standard working hours, including the possibility of weekend shifts as required.
