Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant with a strong background in the financial markets space, specifically in selling trading and investing courses. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales techniques, a proven track record of success in high-ticket sales, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our courses to potential clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our sales efforts and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Execution:
• Understand and convey the unique value proposition of our stock market trading and investing courses to prospective clients.
• Deploy advanced "high-ticket sales" techniques to close quality leads effectively.
• Lead Management:
• Work on 50% of leads provided by the social media marketing team.
• Generate 50% of leads through innovative strategies, prior clientele, and networking.
• Client Engagement:
• Conduct needs analysis to align client requirements with course benefits.
• Build strong client relationships to foster trust and credibility.
• Performance Metrics:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including lead conversion rates and revenue generation.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead quality and sales processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in high-ticket sales and financial market courses to ensure we're on top of the playing field.
• Collaborate with the training team to deepen product knowledge and enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3-4+ years) in high-ticket sales, preferably in the education or financial markets space.
• Strong understanding of trading and investing concepts and the ability to explain them to clients.
• Demonstrated success in selling courses or educational programs with high price points.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and build a solid client pipeline.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in high-ticket sales techniques and objection handling.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and training teams.
