The Role
Communicates and coordinates with clients, insurance companies and sales team o Updates and monitors the customer's profile in our Database o Proper filing and updating of our customer's documents/requirements o Provides excellent customer service to clients o Provides accurate and timely response to both clients and insurance companies
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) o Has a strong organizational, technical, interpersonal and communications skills o Excellent problem-solving skills o Proficient in Computer applications o Flexible, Competitive and a team player o Ability to prioritize and coordinate daily activities o A graduate of any course o Experience in customer service is an advantage o No insurance experience is required
