Understand customer needs and recommend suitable office chairs and furniture from our product range.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Present our products to clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the furniture or interiors industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with an enthusiasm for staying informed about product offerings.
Experience with Zoho CRM systems is a plus.
