Job Description

  • To Ensure the achievement of individual & IB Department sales Target
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic goals and objectives to meet business and growth objectives.
  • Suggest Process enhancement.
  • Quick turnaround for customers enquiries & Orders
  • Maintaining Good business relationship with Existing and New customers
  • Identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.
  • Maximize the parts supply against the customer order.
  • Maintain & submission of proper Export documents for sales & VAT records.
  • Ensure the timely recovery of dues from credit customers.
  • Follow up with customer & warehouse for timely payment & deliveries.
  • Focus on retaining long term loyal customer through good relationship & better service.
  • Work closely with finance, warehouse and other internal department for timely payment receipt, account reconciliation and delivery of ready orders

Qualifications
  • GRADUATE or Diploma in Automobile engineering
  • Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience to do intxe2x80x99l Business operations with global context.
  • Responsible for maintaining sales volume & profit margins.
  • Computer & Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Spoken Arabic is an advantage.
  • Lead the team to achieve corporate goals year after year.
  • Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills
  • Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of financing and basic mathematics skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitorsxe2x80x99 offers and sales tactics.
  • Good computer knowledge with power point, advanced Excel working and analytical skills.
