KPI Achieve quarterly set non-financial KPI *Sales Process Outdoor sales The sales consultant should be able to generate enough number of outdoor appointments for prospected customers through telephone / web / CRM or leveraging social media platforms in a month to generate leads. Leads conversion to walk - in and sales The sales consultant should be able to convert phone and digital leads from social media to walk-in to the showroom and have a better chance to further convert into sales. Leads Follow-up - Web and CRM The sales consultant must make contact to all customers who are leads from GCRM (call centre), Digital within 2 hours for web leads and 4 hrs for CRM leads Test Drive The sales consultant has to offer and conduct a vehicle test drive to customers to provide them an experience on the performance of the engine and other important driving features. Trade in appraisal The sales consultant has to offer trade in facility and appraise the customers vehicle in the event of customer interested to trade in his vehicle. Manager's Second Facing The sales consultant should proactively ask for second facing from the sales manager and provide necessary information about the customer and his/her vehicle requirements.*Customer Satisfaction Sales Satisfaction Index - SSI The sales consultant must ensure satisfaction to all customers by conducting the complete sales process at all times, from start to the end of customer journey of the vehicle purchase cycle.Mystery Shopping - ( Walk ins / Telephone / Email) The sales consultant has to ensure the sales process is conducted properly to customers at all times in accordance to the customer handling standards.*Product Knowledge Quarterly Product Knowledge Test The sales consultant has to ensure to know all the products, including the features, advantages, & benefits (FAB), vehicle new technologies and unique selling points (USPs).QualificationsProfessional Experience 2-3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry. Computer proficient and should have good communication skills.
