Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: - Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions to their property needs.
2. Property Sales: - Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients. - Effectively communicate the features and benefits of various properties. - Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
3. Market Research and Analysis: - Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and industry news. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
4. Customer Service: - Provide exceptional after-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
5. Sales Targets: - Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
