Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive located in Dubai. The role requires generating new leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing clients with information about our services, following up with leads, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Property management and RDC is
knowledge is an added advantage
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations, is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields.
