SIAS Fitness Club, a leading fitness facility in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve membership goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our membership base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
