Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide personalized real estate solutions.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (online, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize sales agreements.
• Prepare and present sales contracts and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field
• Excellent Communication in English and any other language is an added advantage
• UAE Driving License is preferred
