Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be a vital part of our team. Your role involves providing valuable advice to clients seeking to buy or sell properties. Whether you're assisting first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, your expertise will guide them through the real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial concerns.

Property Listings: Maintain an extensive database of available properties for sale.

Value Enhancement: Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers.

Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.

Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, demographics, and relevant information affecting real estate transactions.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening, addressing their concerns, and providing expert guidance.

Paperwork Management: Oversee and handle necessary paperwork in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

One year experience in real estate market

Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading and speaking)

Prefer ARABIC speaker.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal abilities.

Good negotiation skills and financial acumen.

Familiarity with real estate rules and regulations.

At least one year of relevant experience.

Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
