Key Accountabilities

\xef\x82\xb7 Use every opportunity to upsell and cross-sell
\xef\x82\xb7 Recognize the warning signs of questionable transactions and mitigate possible effects of the sale
\xef\x82\xb7 Adhere to promotional marketing offers
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage till stocks
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieve individual KPIs/target
\xef\x82\xb7 Fully investigate over and shorts (differences) and report
\xef\x82\xb7 Adhere to company and location policy and procedures ,including Audit, Risk, Health & Safety, Security and customer service requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance to legal and corporate requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation of stores
\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to the success of the team
\xef\x82\xb7 Complete training within required timelines

\xef\x82\xb7 Good customer service skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of product , services and procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated experience working with computer systems
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
\xef\x82\xb7 Flexibility to work different shifts and locations as required
