Job Description
Job Title: Sales Consultant :We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Sales Consultants to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and real estate, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients.
- Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize MS Office to prepare reports, presentations, and sales documents.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Education: Minimum university degree.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate (experience in insurance, cabin crew, luxury retail, brokerage, or development is also considered).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent public speaking abilities.
- Active listening skills.
- License: Valid driver\'s license required.
