Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the metal recycling and trading sector within the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation and team leadership skills, with a strong B2B approach targeting construction, manufacturing, and other reputable companies. Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the construction and manufacturing sectors.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and industry associations.
• Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market presence.
• Negotiation : Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals while ensuring profitability.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape to senior management.
• Networking : Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and establish connections with potential clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the metal recycling, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics, particularly in relation to construction and manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.

Skills Required

• Exceptional negotiation capabilities to secure favorable terms with clients.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
