We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in our interior design services within the real estate industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent knowledge of interior design solutions, and a strong network within the real estate sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with real estate developers, property managers, and clients, and achieving sales targets through effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, targeting property developers, real estate agencies, and private clients in need of interior design solutions.
• Sales Execution : Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Market Research : Analyze trends in the real estate and interior design markets to understand client demands, competition, and potential areas for growth.
• Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders in the real estate sector, providing expert guidance on interior design solutions that enhance property value.
• Product Knowledge : Stay up to date on the latest interior design trends, products, and technologies to offer the best solutions to clients.
• Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of our design solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the design team to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and executed to meet high-quality standards.
• Networking : Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand professional network and promote brand awareness.
Qualifications:
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development within the interior design or real estate industry.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with interior design trends, materials, and solutions relevant to real estate.
• Networking Skills : An established network in the real estate and interior design sectors is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of interior design principles and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Multilingual skills, especially in English and any regional language, would be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
