We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager/Executive with experience in the Engineering or Architecture Consultancy sectors. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our client base, securing new projects, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering and architectural sectors.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Secure new projects and explore new customer categories to drive business expansion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure client requirements are fully met.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and business development within the engineering or architecture consultancy sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of structural steel design, engineering, or architectural consultancy.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
