JOB SUMMARY
Sales & Business Development Manager's primary focus is on driving strategic growth and partnerships for the organization, in generating leads, qualifying them, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. This involves identifying new market opportunities, developing long-term business relationships, and creating and implementing growth strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
Identifying potential customers through research, referrals, or marketing campaigns
Conducting initial outreach and engagement through phone, email, or social media
Qualifying leads based on factors like company size, job function, or buying authority
Managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Setting and tracking individual and team performance metrics, such as lead quotas, conversion rates, and response times.
Developing and implementing lead generation strategies, including campaign optimization and A/B testing
Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure targeted campaigns and consistent messaging
• Conducting team meetings and performance reviews to discuss progress, goals, and challenges
• Analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Training and mentoring SDRs on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional support and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective handoffs
• Researching and analysing market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Negotiating and structuring deals that benefit the organization
• Developing new business models and revenue streams
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Meeting with potential partners and clients to discuss potential collaborations
• Developing and presenting business proposals to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or similar role in the IT Sales/ IT services industry or related field.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales and customer service teams.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and market dynamics.
• UAE driving license is a Must

Attractive Salary with Benefits will be provided.
