Business Development & Sales Manager (outbound)

Location: UAE | Full-Time | High-Growth Tech Startup

NutriCal is transforming the F&B industry with our innovative SaaS platform. Backed by 500 Global, we

are scaling rapidly and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand

our enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, deep connections within

the food industry, and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

? Own the Sales Pipeline: From prospecting to closing deals, manage the full sales cycle. Actively

network and prospect through LinkedIn, food delivery apps, trade shows, and other channels to

generate high-quality leads.

? Tailored Client Solutions: Understand clients' needs and provide custom solutions that address

food safety compliance, operations, and marketing challenges.

? Exceed Revenue Targets: Drive growth by consistently hitting and exceeding monthly/quarterly

revenue targets and expanding market share.

? Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, and tech teams to provide market

insights and improve offerings based on client feedback.

? Report & Analyze: Maintain regular updates in the CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot) and report on

sales strategies, target progress, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

? Closer's Mentality: Demonstrated ability to close enterprise level deals and manage complex

sales cycles.

? Strong F&B Network: Well-connected within the F&B industry, particularly with cloud kitchens,

food tech, and restaurant owners.

? Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal

supervision. Self-motivated and results-driven.

? Event & Travel-Ready: Willingness to attend industry events, networking conferences, and trade

shows to build relationships and grow the business.

Preferred Skills:

? Fluent Arabic (preferred, not required)

? 3+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, ideally within SaaS, F&B, or HORECA.

? Experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive or HubSpot.

? Valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
