Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Sales Executive. The Sales executive will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales executive will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and providing feedback to senior management.
•Sales Strategy and Execution:•
• Sales Management, Strategy, and Goal Setting skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Develop and deliver presentations to potential customers while conveying strong value propositions
•Market Analysis and Business Development:•
• Experience in analyzing market trends and business development.
• Build a strong competitive analysis and track competitor developments.
• Stay aware of market trends and industry developments.
•Customer and Prospect Engagement:•
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Identify key players in target accounts.
• Expand your database of prospects within your designated territory.
• Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with customers and prospects.
• Work closely with potential customers to build their understanding, develop interest, and lead towards customer trials.
•Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:•
• Source new leads by initiating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop the sales pipeline and build alliances.
• Utilize internal and external resources to generate new resourceful leads.
•Product and Service Proficiency:•
• Become familiar with all products and services offered by Fovty Media and develop an in-depth understanding of assigned products.
• Keeping regular follow-ups with prospects to provide additional resources and benefits associated with offered solutions.
•Reporting and Team Collaboration:•
• Provide regular reports to your supervisor on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist the team with documentation and other tasks when required to foster team support.
• Partner with Sales Executives to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
•Professional Skills and Qualifications:•
• Ability to create proposals and presentations that stand out.
• Experience in the Digital Marketing, IT Services, or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Having existing connections with SMEs and large businesses.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a go-getter attitude.
• Enter customer information into CRM accurately and efficiently for data management purposes.
