We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the aviation services sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the aviation industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation services sector.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Business Development:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including airlines, airports, private & cargo operators and government agencies.
• Identify potential partners, negotiate and close business deals to expand the company's market presence.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Marketing and Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach potential clients and partners.
Performance Monitoring & Team Leadership:
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and business development team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the aviation services sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Established network of contacts within the aviation industry.
