Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance the company\'s market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth objectives. - Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends and competitor activities. - Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new clients by promoting Rightforce Manpower Services LLC\'s recruitment and outsourcing solutions. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Sales Management: Lead the sales process from prospecting through to closing deals, ensuring achievement of revenue targets. - Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of business development executives, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives. - Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions, providing actionable insights to senior management. - Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s market presence and brand awareness. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or MBA is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the recruitment or HR services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. - Skills: - Strong understanding of the recruitment and outsourcing industry. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Personal Attributes: - Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
