ROLE OVERVIEW Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional passionate about sales in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) industry? Join our team as a Sales and Business Development Executive and be a key contributor to our company's growth and success. This is a full-time Business development executive role with some flexibility for remote work. The Business development executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining good relationships with customers, preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts and coordinating with other departments internally. RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify and target potential clients through market research and outreach efforts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders - Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities - Achieving the sales budget and pre-defined targets - Should have good experience in dealing with guidelines of commercial / residential interior projects. - Develop new business opportunities through door-to-door company visits and cold calling. - Able to lead sales. - Responsible for taking appointments and follow-up meetings. - Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and expand the customer base within the MEP industry. - Identify and establish new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door company visits. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information on a regular basis. REQUIREMENTS - Proven track record in sales, preferably within the MEP or related industry. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred. - Should have good negotiation and communication skills and able to deal effectively with a wide range of people - Candidate with proven sales track record will be considered - Proven experience in outdoor sales and business development. - Strong networking and interpersonal skills. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate/interior fit out/related market. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Must have Valid UAE Driving licence and CarQUALIFICATIONS -Be able to work Under Pressure in a Fast-Paced Environment while Meeting Short Deadlines. -Be able to multi-task without requiring Continuous Supervision. -Must be currently residing in the UAE. -Preferred Own Visa holders/who can start immediately.
