Job Description

We're a catering company and seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive ( Ladies) to join our fast-growing team . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and clients, and helping to develop strategies for expanding our business.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue.
• Manage members of the business development team
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
• Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities
• Lead negotiation with potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
• Atleast 1 year UAE Experience in sales or business development roles in a Catering or FMCG background is preferred.
• Freshers can be considered with some knowledge of food and who can speak well.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients .
• Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
• Strictly Ladies preferred ( Preferably North Indians ) No other Nationality Please
• Age-less than 35

Salary- 4500(negotiable) depends on experience+food

Preferred with Driving Licence (Mandatory)

Salary is negotiable based on experience and driving license
