Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Blueaves, you will:

• Identify and engage with potential clients, building solid and lasting relationships to drive new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and evaluate market demands, targeting high-impact sectors in the UAE.
• Develop, execute, and optimize business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing Blueaves' technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Blueaves' services and products, staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the UAE's IT or technology sector.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Valid UAE Driving License, with the ability to travel within the UAE as required for client meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong client-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients across different industries.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and tailor strategies to meet client demands effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of self-motivation.
