Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive - Wealth Management

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive - Sales at [Your Wealth Management Firm], you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by focusing on Forex client acquisition. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and deliver customized Forex trading and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and target potential Forex clients, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Forex clients, understanding their financial goals and trading needs.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction through personalized service and attention.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain Forex clients.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to create tailored Forex trading and investment proposals.
• Product Knowledge & Presentation:
• Stay informed about Forex trading products, market trends, and investment strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiation & Closing:
• Negotiate terms and conditions with Forex clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Close deals and oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams, including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and compliance, to ensure client needs are met.
• Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor Forex market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the financial services or Forex industry.
• Strong understanding of Forex trading, wealth management, and investment products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
